In case of any dispute between users and member lawyers or with others lawhelp.in has no obligation to be party to it or to monitor the dispute.

Lawhelp.in may terminate your membership for any reason, without warning, effective from informing to you at the email address provided by you in your membership application or other email address as you may subsequently provide to lawhelp.in. In no event lawhelp.in be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages. You agree to indemnify and hold lawhelp.in, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and other partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable lawyer fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the site in violation of these terms. Disputes between you and us shall be resolved by the Indian courts in accordance with Indian laws. The jurisdiction for all disputes shall be SAS Nagar Mohali, Punjab.
